Dog Beds
Dog beds come in many different styles to suit different
needs. Obviously, they range in size just as much as dog breeds. However,
even when within a species there are different needs. In fact, dogs
from the same litter may have different preferences.
To determine the best dog beds, owners benefit from watching the behavior
of a dog when it sleeps. For instance some may jump into a recliner
or curl up in corners. In these situations, a dog may be looking for
additional protection. A bolster bed may be the ideal choice in this
scenario.
Some dog beds are designed to be orthopedic. These designs make use
of medical-grade foam for extra cushioning. Older, arthritic dogs will
often show a preference for such beds. An owner can tell if this is
a wise option if their canine seeks softer surfaces for sleeping.
